From an Idea to a Rhubarb Field
Our story began in 2016, when my husband and I decided to grow rhubarb. A small experiment has grown into a 0.6-hectare field in Zaļenieki Parish. We grow an old rhubarb variety with large, thick stalks; a single stalk can weigh almost 1 kg.
We farm naturally and sustainably, preserving this variety.
Giant Rhubarb for Wholesale
We offer rhubarb in bulk for juice, syrup and wine production, bakeries, cafés and resale. The large stalks are easy and quick to process.
